Why iTalkGo
Messaging tools already exist. What families often lack is the one that feels right when the moment matters. You want to hear parents quickly, know sooner when a child needs checking, and respond to an alert with contact, location confirmation or remote help. That is the problem iTalkGo is built to solve.
When you need to reach someone, you should not have to wait on messages or teach complicated steps
An alert should lead to confirmation and action, not stop at awareness
Voice, location, device alerts, remote help and everyday sharing should come together in one place
The family situations we serve first
We start with high-frequency, high-need family situations where concern shows up most often.
-
Families with older adults
If parents are not comfortable with complicated steps, they should still be easy to reach. And when you need to check in or help with a phone or device, it should be easier to help in time.
-
Families with children
When a child gets home, is out and about, or suddenly needs to connect, parents should not have to keep pushing for replies just to feel sure.
-
Families living apart
Distance is hardest when you need contact right now. iTalkGo makes everyday greetings, photo sharing and timely check-ins easier across distance.
-
International families
For international families, distance is only part of the challenge. Language, time zones and device differences also matter, so multilingual support is part of the experience we are building over time.
Family contact should be more direct
Family communication should not stay stuck in “open an app, send a message, wait for a reply.” iTalkGo is building a more immediate household entry point.
-
Reach family first
Start a voice connection from a phone, tablet or another suitable device so a few words can reach the other person faster.
-
Confirm what is happening at home
Combine location checks, status alerts and household device information, with clear consent, to understand sooner whether more contact is needed.
-
Help in the moment
Whether it is remote help, photo sharing or follow-up handling, the goal is to make family support feel more direct.
-
Turn care into everyday connection
From a quick greeting to handling an alert, contact should belong to everyday family life, not only emergencies.
What we are focusing on right now
We separate validated work, ongoing refinement and longer-term research so families and partners can judge fit more clearly.

- Alerts and status confirmation for families In development
- We are refining older-adult care, child arrival, location checks and unusual-alert scenarios so care does not always arrive one step late.
- Remote help and everyday sharing In development
- Help requests, photo sharing and everyday closeness should feel more natural, so support between family members is not limited to words alone.
- Smart-home and device integration In development
- We are exploring how doorbells, door sensors, other sensors and watch alerts can reach family more smoothly and lead into follow-up contact.
- Captions, translation and voice assistance Concept
